These following restrictions apply to NasuTek/StreamDesk Intellectual Property. This includes product branding (i.e. NasuTek Serene), product logos, and other things deemed Intellectual Property as listed in the NOTICE file.

• Intellectual Property cannot be used in derivatives without prior written consent.
• Intellectual Property cannot be sold as-is without prior written consent.
• Intellectual Property can be posted on mirrors, but requires attribution.

If the following restrictions are violated, this terminates the license to use the product and its source code, as well as legal action if the cease and desist is not obliged.
